* Our price shown are nett (not inclusive of postage) and in Singapore dollars unless otherwise stated.

* All goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Postage and Handling Fee

Singapore Post - Local Normal Mail

The following rate applies:
** Add S$1.00 for 1st item, additional S$0.50 for every subsequent item
** FREE postage for purchase above S$100

Singapore Post - Registered Mail

** Add S$2.25 on top of the local postage
** Registered mail is STRONGLY recommended. We will not be liable for lost mail sent out
via normal postage.

How To Make Payment

We only accept fund transfer via ATM for POSB/DBS.

DO NOT make payment before receiving our confirmation email.

Payment is to be made strictly within 2 days after the confirmation email is sent out by us.

How To Order

1. Browse through our collections.

2. Email your order to littlecharlycouture@gmail.com with the following details

* Name
* Code # and quantity
* Choice of normal or registered mail
* Mailing Address
* Email Address

3. We would check on stock availability and revert within 48hrs with a confirmation email, indicating purchase and payment details.

4. Please proceed to make your payment within 2 days after we sent out our confirmation email or item will be released back to the store.

5. Please provide us with the bank transfer details after payment is made.

* Name of bank
* Date & Amount Transferred

6. Upon receipt of payment, item will be sent out within the next 2 working days.
